All of our homes begin with an original plan prepared specifically for an individual home-owner or lot. You can select one of our constructed homes, or we can provide an original design to suit your specifications. We find that the challenges and opportunities of most Vancouver Island building sites are simply not addressed by the standard home-plan books. Instead, we start from scratch and have all of our homes professionally designed–inside and out. In this way, we can adapt to the unique qualities of every site, maximize the construction budget, capitalize on the views, and more easily implement our green building strategies. Our homes are built to reflect Nanaimo’s West Coast heritage, and often implement heavy timber, stone, large covered decks, and expansive windows. Professionally selected designer finishes compliment each of our interiors.
