We bring to every project a dedicated on-site construction manager and President, Glenn Schmitke, with over 30 years industry experience. We work very hard to develop good relationships with our clients and our trades to produce homes that we are proud of. From our selection of newly constructed homes to our custom client packages, we ensure that quality, value and superior customer service are delivered throughout the building process. We love to build new homes, and we believe it shows!
