We find that the challenges and opportunities of most Vancouver Island building sites are simply not addressed by the standard home-plan books. Instead, we start from scratch and have all of our homes professionally designed--inside and out. In this way, we can adapt to the unique qualities of every site, maximize the construction budget, capitalize on the views, and more easily impliment our green building strategies. Our homes are built to reflect Nanaimo's West Coast heritage, and often impliment heavy timber, stone, large covered decks, and expansive windows.
